COVID-19

For the 2023-24 season, we have decided to remove our COVID restrictions. However, please keep the following in mind:

• First and foremost, please DO NOT come to a NEWTS meeting if you feel unwell.
• Hand santiser will still be provided just inside the door of the Small Hall. We will continue to accept cash as well as cheques but recommend that you use sanitiser before and after putting money into the basket.
• We will continue to wipe the tables with anti-bacterial wipes before and after the meeting.
• If you have your own tasting glasses, then feel free to continue to bring them to meetings.
  • NEWTS will still provide glasses if needed, and these will be washed before and after each meeting.
  • We will be going back to using jugs of water and providing unwrapped biscuits (and maybe cheese), but please feel free to bring your own water bottles and snacks if you wish to.
• In the current climate, we would ask you to remain aware of distancing if you wish to socialise over the remaining wine after the meeting.
